Kapila Dawala (or we often call ourself Kapi) is a small business that acts as sewing studio who offers various unique fabric based customizable merchandise.We offer design and sewing services that can be used as personal use or commercial use. - Editing fee. If the file needs to be edited (not just setting up) we will ask for additional fee, depends on dificulity

- We accept OC / fanarts designs. For fanarts please check whether the IP holders allows commercial fanmerch or not.
- We will not accept traced/heavy refrenced designs. If you commission other artists we will ask for commission proof and the artists’ username.
- We have the right to refuse designs that violate our policy.
- We works on batch, please be patient for production time takes 2-4 weeks after batch’s closed.PATTERN:

Send email > Invoice sent > Payment > Design setting > Printing fabric > Sewing > Filling > Packing > Shipping > Send tracking numberWe only accept design revision up until design setting.Once your order is shipped, we do not hold responsible for your package. Please make sure to check your country’s custom system for if there’s any additional fee or other rules.
If we recieve return package because of of the buyer’s mistake we will ask for another shipping and custom fee or we will let go of the package without refunding the money.COMMISSION PROGRESS
